Counselling and therapy in Bristol
Does life feel like its getting on top of you?
Could you benefit from a place to take some time-out?
... to explore your thoughts and feelings
... to get back on a front foot again.
My name is Kathy Walsh and I have been a practising Psychotherapist in Bristol for the past 16 years. I am committed to providing psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
I work with individuals and on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
I am experienced in working with clients who have experienced difficulties such as:
- Stress
- Relationships
- Panic Attacks
- Anxiety
- Bereavement
- Redundancy
- Depression
- Addiction
- Disordered eating
- Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
- Gender Issues
- Sexuality
- Self Harm
I also work with students who are themselves in a therapy training.
At this time I work via video-link until face to face work resumes and I anticipate that some video-link work will still be available as I currently work with people who are based in London, Bristol, Plymouth & Ireland. My practice is within easy reach of central Bristol and has good transport links (bus & train).
